Francis II was king for little more than one year, and married to Mary Queen of Scots. Although Francis has no biography of his own, his short life of sixteen years and brief marriage is adequately covered in any biography of Mary. The best of the popular history biographies is ‘Mary Queen Of Scots’ by Antonia Fraser, published 1969. See this link
